①When melting
aluminum ingots and master alloys, first load aluminum, and then add master alloys.
② When using prefabricated alloy ingots for smelting, first load the prefabricated alloy ingots, and then add the required amount of
aluminum and master alloy. When the charge consists of prison charge and aluminum ingots, the most part of the charge is melted first.
④ When the capacity of the furnace is enough to charge several charges at the same time, the components with similar melting points should be loaded together first.
⑤ Charges that are easy to burn and have a low melting point, such as magnesium and zinc, should be added at the end.
⑥ During continuous melting, a part of molten
aluminum should remain in the crucible to accelerate the melting of the next furnace.
⑦ When using a covering flux, the flux should be added when the charge begins to melt.
